What is Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)?
RPL is a formal assessment process that lets you turn skills and knowledge you've already gained through work or life experience into a nationally recognised qualification, without repeating training you don't need.
What documents will I need?
It varies by qualification, but common evidence includes payslips, references from supervisors, work samples, photos of tasks performed, past certificates, and any relevant workplace documentation. We'll tell you exactly what applies to your situation.
Is RPL a guaranteed outcome?

We act as a liaison — helping you prepare your evidence and connecting you with a suitable Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for assessment. The RTO is responsible for the formal assessment and issuing of your qualification.
How long does the process take?
Timeframes depend on how quickly usable evidence comes together and the complexity of the qualification. Many applications move through initial stages within a matter of weeks once documentation is submitted.
